How to book a bus for a Dubai wedding: a step-by-step planning guide
By Dubai Rental Tour

Step 1: Map your guest locations and venue
Before contacting a bus company, list the hotels or areas where your guests are staying, the ceremony venue, the reception venue (if different), and any photo stops. This map determines how many buses you need, the pickup sequence, and the total trip time. Guests scattered across Dubai and Sharjah may need two vehicles instead of one large coach doing a long loop.
Step 2: Count guests and choose vehicles
Get a confirmed headcount from your RSVPs. A 30-seat coaster bus covers most medium weddings. For larger guest lists, a 50-seat luxury coach or two coasters working in parallel are common. The bridal party often wants a separate, premium vehicle — a Mercedes Sprinter van is popular for this role.
Step 3: Send details and confirm the booking
Share the wedding date, ceremony time, pickup sequence with hotel names, venue addresses, and expected return time. We provide a clear AED quote covering all stops and waiting time. Confirm at least one week before the event. On the day, the driver arrives 15 minutes early at the first pickup point and communicates with your wedding coordinator via WhatsApp.
